Use the device with a pot having the height of not more than 14 cm. Put the closed pressure ham cooker into the pot and then pour water in so that it reaches up to the pressure ham cooker cover but does not go higher than 3-4 cm below the pot rim. The safe water level is intended for preventing the liquid from flowing out of the pot during scalding.
