Modular distiller 30 L - Cold Fingers - electric

This modular distillation system was created in order to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers. Thanks to the applications of standardising connections and innovative system elements, this system can be used as a basis for configuring various types of stills. The modular assembly allows expansion or different arrangement of the system.

The still is:

• A complete, high-quality kit made of stainless steel – by purchasing the modular distiller Cold Fingers Browin still you receive a complete distillation kit that will serve you for many years. 
• Expandable - the modularity of the set allows for any expansion and configuration of the equipment, according to customer needs.
• Instead of a keg - an airtight container with gasket and 5 clamps - easy to pour liquids in and out, convenient cleaning of the container interior, the container can be used for storage of majority of the kit elements.
• Cleaner distillate with higher potency - cold finger reflux offers the possibility of better distillation results than a regular distiller.
• Heater (2000 i 1500 W) included free of charge – the heater included with the kit features an improved design and is easy to use.

– made of stainless steel, in a kit containing: silicone gaskets (2 pcs), a complete set of bolts and nuts (4 pcs) and stainless filling – steel wool (1 pack - 12 pcs)

Distillation unit assembled to increase the height of the distillation column, filled with stainless steel wires, thus perfectly increasing the purity of the distillate obtained.

The connector can also act as a catalytic filter, while perfectly purifying the distillate all the time. This is possible because it has a crossbar at the bottom, thanks to which a support grid can be placed in the module, which allows the column to be filled with copper prismatic springs. • Distiller module - reflux - Cold Fingers - stainless steel element complete with silicone gaskets (2 pcs.) screws and nuts (4 pcs.).

The module acts as a deflegmator, thanks to the precise regulation of the water flow it perfectly pre-cleans the distillate vapours.

Construction features:

- terminated with a screw connector,

- 6 cold fingers made of 8 mm tube,

• Distiller module - Head with 1 clarifier and cooler - the clarifier is designed to collect the heavier fractions, undesirable in the final product. In the upper part of the head there is a place for a thermometer, so that we can directly control the temperatures of the vapours during the whole process.

- water connection - 1/8" threaded coupler for hose connection/valve,

The kit also includes:

• Two thermometers – an analogue one placed in the container and an electronic one placed in the frame at the top of the column. They enable direct and constant control over the process.

• Long (5 m) plasticized PVC hose – for connecting water, featuring a quick coupling than enables easy connection with a tap.

• 1 m silicone hose – for receiving the distillate, safe for use in contact with alcohol
