Modular bottle washer

Modular bottle washer for sulphiting and rinsing bottles before they are bottled. Compatible with the bottle drying racks.
Made with extremely high quality materials suited for contact with foodstuff. The simple disassembly operations for cleaning purposes allow the device to ensure a high level of hygiene. It can be used both on a surface or placed on top of our bottle drying racks. Thanks to a special construction, the center nozzle sprinkles the interior of the bottle with a powerful jet of rinsing liquid (it can be water, potassium or sodium metabisulfite solution, disinfectant).

- Tank opening fi 12 cm
- Tank liquid volume approx. 0.3 L
- Bottle min. internal fi 14 mm
- Bottle max. internal fi 25 mm.

HOW TO USE:
Place the washer on a table or on the bottle drainer. Pour about 0,3L of the chosen liquid. Put the bottle on the nozzle. Push quickly and firmly 2 or 3 times to make a complete operation cycle.
CLEANING:To facilitate cleaning, push firmly the piston towards the bowl, until it releases the piston.
