For measuring sugar concentration - with this device, you can check the percentage content of sugar on a scale of 0-90% Brix and ensure that your honey solution has the right quality and that the resulting liquor has the desired flavour.
Easy to use - to check the sugar content, all it takes is a drop of honey solution applied directly onto the prism of the instrument.
