Polish hopped beer is a variation on a heavily hopped lager. This style will be characterised by a strong aroma of noble hops, which is highlighted by herbal and floral accents and a strong spicy and somewhat tea-like note. It is a perfect option for all the enthusiasts of heavily hopped, pale beers.
You just need to make your own Polish hopped beer. And once you do, enjoy its flavour!
The Polish hopped beer will be extremely similar to Czech Pils beer and, just like that variety, it is a crisp beer ideal for spending time with good friends. The Lubelski hops added to the kit is our native noble hop variety, often used by commercial breweries.
You can prepare exactly 20 L of such beer easily with the use of our Polish hopped beer kit.
Be sure to try out this beer characterised by hoppy bitterness and floral, herbal and earthy aromas. You will surely be delighted by its flavour and also its price that is lower than in the case of similar craft beers.
Coopers beers provide the highest quality ingredients and guarantee a successful beer. Wait no more, try it out!

Recipe for Polish hopped beer:
1. Rinse the beer making equipment thoroughly with OXI Turbo.
2. Pour water at about 28°C into a glass, add the yeast that is placed under the plastic lid of the can. Hydrate for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the instructions from the can, and then put the can in hot water for about 10 minutes.
4. Pour about 2 L of water into a pot and bring it to the boil.
5. Pour the contents of the can into the pot of water, add 1 kg of glucose and mix thoroughly until the ingredients dissolve.
6. Pour 2 L of cold water and the contents of the pot into the rinsed fermentation vessel, top up with water up to 20 L of volume.
7. Stabilise the temperature at 18-206C, add the hydrated yeast and stir vigorously.
8. Seal the container tightly and place a fermentation tube* in it.
We recommend a horizontal or angled tube to lower the height of the fermentation vessel, making it easier to place on shelves, racks, or to stack.
9. Let ferment for about 14 days at room temperature.
10. Boil the hopping sack in water for 10 minutes, place the contents of the hops sachet in it, then put the hopping sack in the fermentation container with the beer for a period of 3 days.
11. Afterwards, decant the beer to bottles. Add 1 Coopers Carbonation Drop or 2.5 g of sugar to each 0.5 L bottle and then seal each bottle with a capper. Place the bottles in a dark and warm place.
12. After 2 weeks, the wine is ready to drink. Cheers!
