Usage instructions:
Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter layer of chips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the hearth, as they will immediately burn. To use the chips as economically as possible, you can slightly moisten them with water, which will facilitate the production of more smoke. Cover the grill with a lid immediately after placing the dishes on the grate. Grilling time – from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being prepared).
Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker you have, place the chips in the smoker – in the designated place, possibly in a smoke generator or in the hearth – around the glowing wood.
Chips ideal for use in a smoke generator. Using such a smoke generator ensures achieving the most professional effects – products with excellent taste, aroma, and color.
Note: The operation of the smoker and grill should be handled only by adults, following fire safety rules and after familiarizing themselves with the operating instructions of the device and the recommendations for using chips. Exercise caution when igniting chips and adding them during the operation of the grill or smoker and smoke generator to avoid possible burns. Ensure that children and pets do not have access to heated devices.
