For the purposes of accurate measurement, its needle probe features a special temperature sensor, forming a probe that measures with precision the temperature of the food prepared. The dial additionally features graduation with graphics, indicating the correct temperature for poultry, pork, veal, lamb and beef.

Can checking temperature become very easy? Yes, definitely. In order to take a reliable temperature measurement it is enough to stick the probe into the meat prepared. The thermal sensor is located between 0.5 cm and 1 cm from the base of the needle probe, which is why it is worth making sure that the thermometer is stuck properly into the food being prepared.
NOTE:
The thermometer must not be left in the oven during roasting - it is only intended for quick temperature checks during that process.
