Have you ever dreamed of healthy homemade processed meat without preservatives and unnecessary chemical additives? Or maybe you are running a small catering business or a butcher’s shop? Our manual vertical stuffer with capacity of 1.5 kg is an essential device that will surely come in handy during production of homemade sausages, meats and offal products. Thanks to it you will fill the casings easily and quickly. The product comes with 4 funnels (featuring an air bleeding system), which are installed on the stuffer stably using a tightened rim. The set includes a resilient piston resistant to bending, silicone-coated, the advantages of which include asepticity, being easy to clean, and ensuring tightness of the piston system (tube=piston). Additionally, the piston features an air bleeder that facilitates pressing on the meat through free release of the air accumulated in it to the outside.
The stuffer comes also with a convenient suction pad. Thanks to it you can fix the stuffer to a worktop quickly and easily. No risk of damaging it. The lifetime of the stuffer is additionally extended thanks to its thread being secured with a copper coating. The device is very easy to maintain. Prior to each use it has to be washed thoroughly (manually!) and a teaspoon of edible oil should be spread on its inner surfaces. It is necessary in order to ensure the right functioning of the piston and allows extending the device lifetime. Note! The product is not dishwasher safe.
