Transparent 30 L fermentation container now in a unique, extended set! Thanks to the additional elements, it will be even easier and more convenient to prepare your favourite home-made drinks. Take advantage of this opportunity today!
The containers are printed with a capacity scale and valuable tips in English for easy preparation of home-made wine, beer and distillation settings.
You can also use the whole container for making home-made pickles.
The fermentation container is approved by the PZH (Polish National Institute of Hygiene) for contact with foodstuffs. It is made of transparent plastic, which allows you to observe the progress of fermentation without having to open the lid. The product is made of polypropylene and is BPA-free.
Now an extended set: container with two fermentation stoppers with stopper and two unbreakable tubes: side and horizontal.
With this practical complete set, you can easily prepare your favourite homemade liquors and, if necessary, pickles. The 30 L container is made of transparent food-grade plastic. You can observe the progress of fermentation without having to open the lid. The container is characterised by its high strength, adequate flexibility and is resistant to discolouration caused by contact with the tannins from the fruit.
The tube allows the controlled release of carbon dioxide (CO2) during fermentation and effectively protects the set from oxygenation, as well as from unwanted fruit flies, other insects and also bacteria.
Note: if you have limited ability to control the water level in the tube, you can fill it with a less evaporating oily liquid.
A rotating drain tap will allow you to completely drain beer, wine or other types of pitching from the sediment. The location of the tap will not prevent you from positioning the container on various flat surfaces.
Using the container:
To make it easier to open the container, lift the lid, gently pull on the handle, insert a teaspoon handle, for example, into the resulting gap and then pull it around the rim of the container. It is not recommended to clean the containers with rough scrubbers so as not to scratch the surface, which could become a breeding ground for infections.
NOTE: The container can be further sealed by lubricating the rim of the container with Vaseline or edible oil. The fermentation container should be thoroughly disinfected with potassium pyrosulphite before preparing the setting.
Maximum permitted batch temperature: 85°C.
The temperature of the containers before filling should be a minimum of 5°C.
Maximum alcoholic strength of the batch: 50%.
Storage with UV Protection
To prevent damage caused by UV radiation, empty or filled containers must not be stored outdoors. If this is not possible due to storage conditions, containers and lids should be stored in a way that protects them from UV radiation. This can be done, for example, by covering pallets with containers and lids with a UV-resistant plastic tarpaulin.
Storage of Empty Containers
Since containers and lids are sensitive to weather conditions, they should be stored in a dry place at a constant temperature. This not only protects them from moisture but also effectively prevents water condensation, which could damage packaging, particularly those decorated with offset prints, IML applications, or digital prints. Furthermore, despite the use of antistatic agents, dust or dirt contamination cannot be ruled out, so storage in a clean room is necessary.
Every country has its own legal regulations governing the manufacturing of ethyl alcohol, wine products, and spirits, introducing them onto the market, and regarding sanctions for non-compliance.
