Noble, universal, dried yeast for all types of wines with high alcohol tolerance (up to 18%). Especially recommended for wines from gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, rosehip, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, sweet cherries, sour cherries, raspberries, greengage and damson plums, aronia, black, white and red currants, bilberries, blackberries, elderberries.
Enovini® is a specially selected, excellent blend of two wine yeast strains; thanks to the wide temperature range (15-35 °C) you can be sure of stable and fast fermentation.
The yeast is very vigorous, which makes it ideal for restarting fermentation even if the wine stops working before reaching the intended parameters. The product allows you to obtain a very clear wine
Active dry yeast is very easy to use. A 7 g pack is enough to prepare 10-35 L of must with a final alcohol content of up to 18%.
Directions for use:
Mix the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 30°C, and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature. After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation vessel or demijohn with the wine must.
Using Enovini® wine yeast means fast and stable fermentation across a wide temperature range!

Note!
For optimal fermentation, it is recommended to add Yeast Nutrient: with vitamin B1 (401010), Kombi Vita (401030).
