The recommended fermentation temperature is 20-25⁰C—optimal for yeast performance, ensuring proper ferment-out within the specified time.
Here are Turbo X-Pure 21.3% yeast for 25 L—one of the stars in the renowned Turbo X-Pure yeast family. This is a perfectly matched amount of nutrients and distillers yeast that lets you prepare 25 L of wash with excellent flavor and aroma parameters. Pure power and outstanding quality of the final product. With Turbo X-Pure, fermentation proceeds quickly, efficiently, and without unpleasant odor. Thanks to the high alcohol tolerance, the applied blend of yeast and nutrient ferments up to 21.3% (under optimal conditions after approx. 12 days).

Turbo X-Pure now come in an even more effective “version 2.0”, as an improved blend of two high-alcohol-tolerant, active distillers yeast strains and a suitably selected nutrient that supports their growth.
Minimizing the amount of fermentation by-products has ensured an even cleaner fermentation and positively influenced the aroma accompanying this process. You no longer have to worry that the wash will give off an unpleasant smell. The new formula also means even better dynamics and efficiency, as well as greater safety of the entire process—this is a lower likelihood of a stuck fermentation and an easier path to quickly achieving the desired results with sugar washes.
One 135 g sachet of Turbo X-Pure yeast is enough for 25 L of wash. For the yeast to show their full potential, it is important to proceed strictly according to the instructions on the packaging.
Directions for use—recipe for 25 L of wash:
Choose a fermentation variant (see table). Add Portion I of sugar to the fermentation vessel and dissolve it in the appropriate amount of lukewarm water at 28°C. Then sprinkle the entire contents of the sachet over the surface of the liquid, leave for 10 minutes, and mix thoroughly. Ferment the prepared solution for the number of days specified in the table, at 22-25°C, preferably in a dark room. *For variants II and III, carefully add the next portion of sugar after 24-48 h, when the sugar concentration in the wash is about 10-12°Blg.
It is best to first add approx. 100 g of sugar and wait for the foam to subside—then add the rest of the sugar and mix.
Note: The wash will foam during fermentation!

For best results, we recommend clearing the wash after fermentation with the Klar Turbo Spirit clearing agent.
Note: Use the entire package for a single wash.
A slightly sweet aftertaste after fermentation is related to glycerol produced by the yeast.
