New, improved recipe! Turbo Torpedo distillery yeast 72 h, ferment up to 21% alcohol.
Directions for use:
Choose the fermentation variant (see table). In a fermentation container or a wine carboy, depending on the desired amount of alcohol, dissolve the appropriate portion of sugar* in the specified amount of lukewarm water at 30°C.
Then pour the entire contents of the bag and mix thoroughly.
Ferment the prepared solution for the number of days specified in the table at 20-25°C.
* for settings with the amount of sugar greater than 7 kg, carefully add the second portion of sugar after 48 hours.
Please note: The batch will foam, so it's best to add about 100g of sugar and wait until the foam subsides, then add the rest of the sugar. It is also recommended to use a skimmer to reduce foam.
For the best effect, it is recommended to clarify the batch after fermentation is finished.
