The recommended fermentation temperature is 20-25⁰C – optimal for yeast performance, ensuring proper fermenting out within the specified time.
Here are Turbo X-Pure Yeast 21.3%, 48 h – one of the stars in the renowned Turbo X-Pure yeast family. It’s a perfectly matched amount of nutrients and distilling yeast, thanks to which you can prepare 10 x 25 L washes with excellent flavor and aroma parameters. Thanks to high alcohol tolerance, the applied blend of yeast and nutrients ferments up to 21.3% (under optimal conditions in 48 hours).

Now Turbo X-Pure come in an even more effective “version 2.0”, as an improved blend of two highly alcohol-tolerant, active strains of distilling yeast and a suitably selected nutrient that supports their growth.
Minimizing the amount of fermentation by-products has ensured an even cleaner fermentation and positively influenced the aroma accompanying this process. You no longer need to worry about an unpleasant smell from the wash. The new formula also means even better dynamics and efficiency, plus greater safety of the entire process – a lower probability of stuck fermentation and an easier path to quickly achieving the desired results with sugar washes.
One 1.35 kg sachet of Turbo X-Pure yeast is enough for 10 washes of 25 L. For the yeast to show their full potential, it is essential to proceed strictly according to the instructions on the packaging.
Directions for use – recipe for a 25 L wash:
Choose the fermentation option (see the table). Pour portion I of sugar into the fermentation vessel and add water at 28⁰C. Then mix the contents of the X-Pure bag thoroughly, weigh out 135 g of the blend and pour this portion into the fermentation vessel with the water and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to ferment for the number of days specified in the table (according to the selected option), at 20-25⁰C.
For options (II and III) with more than 7 kg of sugar, add the second portion of sugar carefully after *24 and *48 hours, when the sugar concentration is approx. 10-12⁰Blg.
Tip: it’s best to add about 100 g of sugar and wait until the foam subsides, then add the remaining sugar. This will prevent the wash from foaming over.

A slightly sweet aftertaste after fermentation is due to glycerol produced by the yeast.
