Mini Alcohol Meter

Mini Alcohol Meter is a small and handy areometer that allows measuring the alcohol content in colourless alcoholic drinks that do not contain any sugar.

• For pure liquor - the alcohol meter is intended for measuring percentage content of alcohol in pure alcoholic drinks (vodka, spirits) that do not feature admixtures of sugar and dyes that could distort the result! It is not suitable for measuring alcohol content in wine, liqueur or infusion liqueur.
• Accurate measurement - the alcohol meter allows performing an accurate measurement of alcohol content within the range from 20% to 96%. To be accurate, the measurement should be taken at 20°C.
• Final result - the reading taken directly from the alcohol meter is the final value that does not require any additional conversions. It has never been so easy to measure the alcohol content in alcoholic drinks!
• Easy to use - in order to take a measurement, it is necessary to place the floater in the container and then fill it with liquid in such a manner as to have the areometer floating freely in it. It is important for it not to touch the container walls during measurement. The result indicates the % reading on the basis of the position of the liquid's lower meniscus.
• Compact size - thanks to the compact and handy dimensions of the product, it fits most parrots available on the market!

An alcohol meter is an instrument that will definitely be of use in your household, as well as in bars when diluting liquor for drinks! The meter is a floater, with an appropriately applied large scale from 20 to 96% alcohol by volume. Using this device, it is possible to measure easily, quickly, and - most importantly - accurately the percentage content of alcohol in pure alcoholic drinks (vodka, spirits), i.e. those that do not feature admixtures of sugar and dyes, which distort the result. Thus, this alcohol meter is not suitable for measuring the alcohol content in wines or tinctures!

Taking a measurement is extremely easy and the result is read directly from the scale, without additional conversions. 

Since these instruments are calibrated in the temperature of 20°C, it is recommended to take measurements in the same temperature. Due to the fact that liquids change their density (as a result of molecules expanding and contracting) under the influence of temperature, a measurement taken at 20°C will be the most reliable and accurate. Result tolerance: +/- 2%.

How to use:

1. Place the measuring device in a tall container.
2. Then pour the appropriate amount of liquid into the container (the indicator must not touch the walls and bottom of the container).
3. After the immersion level is stabilised, take a measurement from the areometer scale.

Please note: This indicator is intended for determining the alcohol content in colourless alcoholic drinks that do not contain sugar. At the time of measurement, the solution examined should have the temperature of 20°C.
