Preparation:
Heat up 10 L water to the temperature of 85⁰C, pour the content of dried fruit sachet into it, add 2 kg of sugar and - maintaining the temperature specified – stir everything for 3 minutes.
Afterwards, cool down the mixture to room temperature and move it to a fermentation container - a standard container or a demijohn with capacity of 15 L.
Next, add the content of the small sachet with winemaking yeast and nutrients.
Carry out fermentation for a week and then strain the batch.
Add the second portion of sugar - 0.5 kg - to the young wine strained, mix it in thoroughly and keep fermenting the batch for one more month.
Once the fermentation is finished, you can add the infusion from 2 black tea bags to it, which will enrich the character of the finished drink. Transfer the wine into clean bottles flushed with potassium metabisulphite and it is ready! Enjoy the flavour of an excellent and aromatic liquor. Cheers!
