Do you make your own wine at home? Do you care about the bottling process being done diligently and with utmost care? From now on corking is going to be a pleasure, thanks to this set of 20 pcs of natural agglomerated corks. These corks are produced by crumbling the natural cork and then forming it into a cylinder with dimensions of 22 x 38 mm. They can be used for corking any bottle using e.g. a corker.

How to use:
All kinds of cork stoppers should be prepared for corking properly. Skipping that may lead to damage to corks or corker. In home conditions, it is enough to immerse the corks for about 3 minutes in hot water, or place them over boiling water under some cover. This will make them more flexible, facilitating bottle corking.

NOTE:
Remember not to “moisten” the corks for too long, as it may lead to damaging them. After corking the bottles should remain in vertical position for at least one day. This will allow the cork to adjust to the inner wall of the bottle neck. Next, we arrange the bottles horizontally, which, in turn, prevents the cork from drying (the wine “washes” the cork) and ensures proper gas exchange between the inside of the bottle and the surroundings. After two or three days it is necessary to check whether the corks are not leaking. If we notice any leak, it will be necessary to replace the cork with a new one.
