The sturdy, well-thought-out design is exceptionally durable and easy to keep clean. Two gel-fuel burners let you smoke without access to gas or electricity. Smoking works by gently heating wood chips placed at the bottom of the smoker from underneath, producing smoke. Any excess fat drips onto a dedicated drip tray, so it doesn’t burn—and the smoker produces hardly any smoke. The tray also ensures there’s no contact between the fuel and your food. The special burners for odorless gel fuel have flame control, letting you increase or decrease the temperature in the smoking chamber. Wood chips are essential for the smoking process. We recommend using about 60–80 g (two generous handfuls) to prevent an acrid, sour taste.
