A home smoker in a pot is the first such innovative device in Poland, thanks to which you can prepare your favourite meat, fish and cheese in any conditions - now also at home!
Have you always associated smoking with something that is done outdoors? You do not have a backyard but you would like to prepare smoked food? Take a look at our home smoker in a pot. Thanks to its exceptionally tight design and a hose than enable discharging the smoke created during smoking you will be able to prepare your favourite meat, cheese and fish on a standard cooktop! You do not need to worry that the characteristic smell of smoking will fill your kitchen. You only need to connect the hose to the ventilation hood or place its end behind the window in order to discharge the smoke and have your food gain the wonderful smoke aroma!
The tightness of the device is ensured by the gasket that has been specially adjusted to the cover.
This smoker is made of stainless steel approved for contact with food.
The internal elements of the smoker are easy to dismantle, thanks to which it is very easy to keep them clean.
The two grills of the device allow simultaneous smoking of meat, fish and cheese. Each grill is fitted with hooks that enable hanging nets with meat - with up to 1.3 kg of meat per 1 grill arm - in order to smoke them in hanging position.
Thanks to the special tray collecting the dripping grease, the food prepared will be devoid of any bitter taste.
Meanwhile, the precision thermometer placed in the cover will facilitate monitoring of temperature during food preparation.
The product is only intended for use on gas cooktops.

How to use:
Remove the cover (6) of the device. Pour the wood chips onto the chip tray (2) and then place it on the bottom of the pot (1). Place the meat smoking grill (3) on the wood chip tray. Inside the grill, place the drip tray (4) and the fish smoking grill (5). Close the whole setup with the cover and place the thermometer (7) and the vent (8) in it. Put the hose on the vent (9).

Start smoking with the maximum amount of wood chips - about 60-80 g. This should allow avoiding excess acidification of food.
