All the assembly elements are provided inside the pot. The cover handle, hanger, thermometer, stub pipe and smoke outlet hose must be installed by the customer.

In order to obtain the appropriate colour of the products smoked and enriching their aroma, it is necessary to use the appropriate wood chips for smoking (50 - 100 g is enough).
Depending on the type of the product prepared, we recommended the wood chips.
