An all-in-one, high-quality set - a steel smoking chamber with a substantial capacity, stable metal legs for convenient access to the inside of the smoker, a glass window, a grill, beams and hooks, wood chips, a precise analogue thermometer, and two drip trays. All of this is accompanied by a super-efficient smoke generator with the Jet 1 LONG electric pump.
The innovative, patented design of this smoke generator will give you excellent distribution of the smoke produced when burning wood chips. The pump, characterised by adjustable smoke flow rate, is positioned on the base so that its vibrations are transmitted to the cylinder. This ensures that the wood chips do not get hung up while being burnt. A special adapter allows the smoke generator to be easily and quickly connected to the smoker. The generator outlet tube here is an extended version and is located just above the drip hole in the bottom of the smoker. This means that your smoking will run cleanly and subsequent cleaning will be quicker and easier. The smoke generator holds approx. 450 g of wood chips. This amount provides approximately 3-4 hours of operation (depending on the airflow setting of the pump regulator) without having to add wood chips.

You can carry out cold smoking, without the heater on, using only the smoke generator. Using this method, the smoking process is possible to carry out at an outside temperature of between 12 and 25°C. This will enable a temperature range of 16-30°C to be achieved inside the chamber. When adhering to these values, the total smoking time is between 1 and 14 days, depending on the desired effect and the type of product. When choosing the cold smoking option, remember not to place the smoker in location exposed to sun.
