The advantages of this smoker include the fact that it enables employing various methods of smoking and its solid design, which employs selected, sanded, natural wood. The smoking chamber is made of spruce wood boards. The opening roof is fixed on hinges, which makes it much easier to put the content into the smoker chamber. Being able to access the smoker either through the door or the roof is a very practical and convenient solution. Thanks to the large height of the chamber, it is perfect for smoking both long sausages and long fish. The chamber features a fitted metal base with feet and the source of smoke is the large side firebox connected underneath the chamber, featuring a two-step air circulation system, made of thick furnace sheet metal.
