A solid, well-thought-out build makes it exceptionally durable and easy to keep clean. Two burners powered by gel fuel let you smoke without access to gas or electricity. Smoking works by heating wood chips placed on the bottom of the smoker from below, generating smoke. Excess fat drips onto a special drip tray so it doesn’t burn, meaning the smoker produces almost no extra smoke. The tray also keeps the fuel completely separate from your food. The special burners for odorless, unscented gel fuel have flame control so you can fine-tune the chamber temperature.
