How to use:
8 g of dried yeast corresponds to as much as 25 g (!) of fresh yeast. Dose the yeast according to the information in the recipe for the chosen dough (1 teaspoon = 4 g dried yeast = 12.5 g fresh yeast). Dried yeast does not require preparing a leavening, it just needs to be mixed directly into the flour.
