The distillation device consists of a specially profiled condenser with 2 sedimentation tanks made of stainless steel, 2 sedimentation tank valves, a hose for connecting the drain and water supply, and an electronic thermometer that facilitates temperature control. The tight pot with capacity of 12 L will also serve you as a pressure cooker, in which the pressure rises while the food is cooked, leading to an increase in water boiling point and speeding up the cooking process. An extraordinary advantage of this container is its bottom, which rapidly collects the smallest amount of energy required and then distributes it uniformly on the whole surface of the bottom and stores it there, which speeds up the cooking process, contributes to time and energy savings, and helps reduce the loss of nutrients from food.
