Modular distiller - Torpeda V2 - 30 L

Professional modular distiller designed for home distillation of water and other liquids. The column and the distillation container are made of stainless steel.

THANKS TO THE USE OF STANDARDIZED CONNECTIONS AND INNOVATIVE SYSTEM ELEMENTS, ANY KIND OF DISTILLER CAN BE CONFIGURED ON THIS BASE. ALL ELEMENTS ARE FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER DISTILLATION MODULES OFFERED BY BROWIN.

• CONTAINER INSTEAD OF A KEG - easier pouring of liquids in and out, thorough washing, possibility of storing most of the components inside the container.
• CONNECTORS FOR HOSES, VALVES - plug-in connectors eliminate the problem of the hoses falling out in case of higher water pressure and the need to use special clamps. Throttle check valves enable the precise control of the water flow, operation of the distiller and control of the entire process. 
• COLUMN CONNECTOR WITH CATALYTIC FILTER FUNCTION - thanks to the use of mesh supports the connector enables the use of filling (prismatic copper springs and stainless steel filling), which results in the better process efficiency and a cleaner product. The prismatic springs increase the contact surface of the distillate vapors from the container with the condensed distillate flowing down the column.

Head with 1 settler – distiller module made of stainless steel, mounted at the top of the distillation column.

In simple pot-still devices a settler is attached to the section between the container and the cooler, for more efficient work. 

Functions of the settler:

- protection against penetration of foam or transfer of batches from the container to the distillate. 

- collecting heavier fractions, which are undesirable in the final product. 

The head mounted in a simple system will ensure the production of delicious drinks, including flavored, fruit and cereal ones.

The module is perfect for the construction of the distiller in the Cooling Management (CM) system. Thanks to the included precision valves and an efficient spiral cooler, you can adjust precisely the water flow and the process control. it is possible to completely condense the distillate vapors and cool it down to the receipt temperature.

Dephlegmator - stainless steel distiller module mounted just beneath the distillation column head. Classic "Cold Fingers” construction. Perfect for the construction of the distiller in the Cooling Management (CM) system. Thanks to the precise adjustment of water flow with the dephlegmator it is possible to extract the desired taste values and adjust the alcohol content in the final product.

Column connector - stainless steel distiller module mounted to increase the height of the distillation column. Thanks to the mesh supports, the connector can function as a catalytic filter, enabling the use of filling which increases the purity of the distillate. The best results are obtained by using steel or copper prismatic springs - the connector holds approx. 450 ml of the filling (available for purchase from Browin).
