Noble yeasts - perfect for white wines. They are especially recommended for wines made from hawthorn, apples, wild rose, white grapes, raisins, cherries, white currants, and pears.
Sherry is a specially selected strain of wine yeast suspended in a protective liquid. These yeasts ensure fast and stable fermentation, good fermentation of sugars, a lasting wine color, and an attractive bouquet. They are worth using for dessert wines.

The liquid yeast should be pre-cultured, meaning the yeast starter should be prepared. Pour 150 ml of juice or put 200 g of chopped fruit, 300 ml of water, and 2 teaspoons of sugar into a 1 L bottle. Cover the bottle with a cotton stopper and pasteurize for 30 minutes. After cooling, pour the contents of the yeast packet into the bottle and shake well.
