This electric smokehouse with temperature adjustment is perfect for smoking meat, fish, vegetables and cheese. It will allow you to prepare delicious, juicy and aromatic meals very simply. The device has a double door made of stainless steel, magnetically closed, so that it is easier to maintain a constant temperature inside the smokehouse. Controlling it is also made easier thanks to the thermostat and the thermometer built into the smokehouse door. In the rear part of the smokehouse casing there is the main on/off switch and a ventilation opening for discharging smoke.
The interior of the smokehouse is fitted with 3 grills, 1 drip tray, 1 tray for wood chips, hooks, and a holder enabling safe removal of a hot grill.
The smokehouse can be used for both warm and hot smoking. It is necessary to remember that depending on the external temperature the smokehouse may achieve different temperatures.
