How to use:

1.    Open the tray and fill the chamber with a small amount of wood chips of any type.

2.    Moisten the wood chips.

3.    Fill the side chambers with beer, wine, or vegetable/meat stock.

4.    Close the platform with the grating and arrange food on it.

5.    Place the platform inside a smoker or on a grill
