Fermivin 7013 dried, universal wine yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae from the Corbieres region of France.
Fermivin 7013 is a wine yeast fermenting up to 15% alcohol, which thanks to its versatility is recommended for wines made of gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, rosehips, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, sweet cherries, cherries, raspberries, greengage and blue plums, blackberries, black, white and red currants, blueberries, elderberries, purple plums. This yeast enhances the aroma of the fruit used to make the wine.
The very wide range in which Fermivin 7013 yeast ferments makes it a good choice when fermenting in cellars or rooms where the temperature is lower than room temperature.
One sachet of yeast is suitable for the preparation of 10 to 35 L of vinegar.
Fermivin PDM dried wine yeast is very easy to use, a short rehydration is enough.
Directions for use
Mix the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 30°C, leave for 20 minutes at room temperature. After this time, pour the solution into the fermentation container or a a carboy with the batch of wine.
The yeast achieves its full potential with the use of nutrients: with vitamin B1 and Kombi Vita.
