• Perfect for wines made of apples, pears, bright grapes, wild rose, and raspberries
• Ensures complete fermentation
• An efficient starter kit for 10-25 L of batch
• Saccharomyces Bayanus winemaking yeast
The Enovini® BAYA VITA yeast and nutrient combination for white and rose wine is a perfect match of Saccharomyces Bayanus yeast and nutrient, which will allow you to prepare your homemade wine. The product enables complete fermentation of the liquor prepared. Perfect for wines made of apples, pears, bright grapes, wild rose, and raspberries. The best strains of yeast ensure complete fermentation. This kit will allow you to prepare up to 25 L of wine. Remember not to add the nutrient directly to the yeast inoculation - use it in line with the recipe.
How to use:
This yeast does not require initial proliferation. Mix it with 100 mL of pre-boiled water cooled down to the temperature of 30°C, and then leave it for 20 minutes. Afterwards pour the solution obtained into a fermentation container/a demijohn with wine batch. Apply the appropriate amount of nutrient (1 g of nutrient per 1.5-2.5 L of must) in three equal portions: 1st - prior to inoculation with yeast, 2nd - after 2-3 days of fermentation, 3rd - after about 10 days, once the °Blg value of the must falls down to 8-12. Dissolve the nutrient portions in 100 mL of must. Pour each of them into the container/demijohn and mix it in.
Do not add the nutrient directly to the yeast inoculation!
nutrient 58.8% (diammonium hydrogen phosphate (V), inactive yeast cell components, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)), yeast 41.2% (S. bayanus winemaking yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate).
