Enovini® WS Saccharomyces cerevisiae - for white, rose and red table wines.,/i>
Enovini® WS wine yeast ferments in the temperature range 15 - 30°C.
It has average requirements in respect of nitrogen source.
It tolerates up to 13% of alcohol.
Such tolerance level allows to produce mature dry, semi-dry and even semi-sweet wines, without the danger of further fermentation in bottles.
Using such type of wine yeast ensures obtaining mild, well-balanced wines with a clear fruity note. A single dose of Enovini® WS allows to produce up to 35 L of wine.
The Enovini yeast requires B1 and Kombi Vita nutrient.
