For red and white wine - the Enovini BIO yeast is suitable for fermenting wine made of bright and red fruit.
High tolerance to alcohol - the fruit ferments even up to 16% of alcohol by volume.
Ready to use in 20 minutes - the yeast does not require initial proliferation; it is enough to add it to water and wait for the time specified.
Sufficient for 25 L of batch - a single sachet is enough to prepare 25 L of winemaking batch.

Enovini BIO is the first environmentally friendly winemaking yeast on the market, available in individual packaging and intended for home winemakers. It is a product obtained from raw material originating from environmentally friendly agriculture.

This yeast is intended for fermenting white and red wines with alcohol content of up to 16%. They will be perfect for making wines from e.g. grapes, currant, chokeberries, cherries, and apples.

Enovini BIO is active, dried winemaking yeast that does not require initial proliferation (preparation of mother yeast). After adding it to water and waiting for 20 minutes the yeast can be added to the batch.

The product is very easy to use. The packaging with 7 g of yeast is enough for preparing 25 L of batch.

Approved in line with the law and regulations currently binding in the EU.
