Turbo X-Pure 21.3 % yeast is the only yeast on the market that sustain fermentation until 21.3 % alcohol content.

This innovative product is a mixture of two highly alcoholising active distillery yeast strains and a properly selected nutrient that supports their growth. Thanks to it you can easily prepare you favourite sugar-, fruit-, and grain-based batches at home (the fermentation temperature required is 20-25 degrees Celsius). Turbo X-Pure is an innovative product that sustains fermentation up to 21.3%! A single yeast sachet is sufficient for 25 L of batch and depending on the alcohol content desired it is enough to add from 6 to 9 kg of sugar to it! Another advantage of the Turbo X-Pure mixture is the course of the process – with this yeast you do not have to worry about any unpleasant smells appearing during production of your favourite liquors!
How to use:
Select the fermentation variant (see the table). Pour the first portion of sugar into the fermentation container and dissolve it in an appropriate amount of lukewarm water (with temperature of 25-30⁰C). Next, pour int the whole content of the bag and mix it in carefully. Subject the resulting solution to fermentation for the number of days specified in the table (according to the variant selected), in the temperature of 20-25⁰C. Maintaining appropriate fermentation temperature is a prerequisite for achieving the assumed alcohol content in the batch.
* For batches with more than 7 kg of sugar, add the second portion of sugar carefully after 24 hours. It is best to add about 100 g of sugar and wait for the foam to go down – then the rest of the sugar can be added. This will prevent batch spillage.
Caution: the batch will foam!
After the fermentation is completed, the batch has a slightly sweet aftertaste.
In order to achieve the best effect, we recommend fining the batch once the fermentation is complete.
Store in a dry place in room temperature.
